Maison RMI Develops Leadership Team Through The People Management Training Course

By implementing a “human-centric approach to development”, Maison RMI focuses on organizing training programs to improve the skills and expertise of the system’s leaders. Most recently, the People Management Skills course took place on June 3rd and 4th.

The People Management Skills course is developed by Maison’s L&D department, an abbreviated term for ‘Learning & Development’ which is part of the Human Resources department and is responsible for supporting and training staff to ensure performance and promote the ability of the staff, and is a collaboration with the management training Institute PACE. The course has successfully had a deep impression on each participant.

The course took place over two days, under the guidance of the lecturer Le Ha Mai Thao. With a wealth of experience in teaching and practice in the field of human resource management, Maison RMI’s senior staff have the opportunity to approach and learn effective management knowledge applied by many large corporations.

On the first day (03/06/2023), students were introduced to the general knowledge system of people management. Thereby, the manager level will form a correct perception of themselves as well as employees, thereby building a suitable standard competency assessment framework.

The participants spent the second full day (04/06/2023) digging into every little detail in the team management process such as arrangement, training, communication, and even conflict resolution. At the end of the training course, in order to create, participants had to undergo a management ability test to summarize their knowledge and skills in the process of leading a team.

Maison RMI Develops Leadership Team Through The People Management Training CourseGroup discussion on each issue in people management will help the leadership team better understand the lesson, thereby bringing effectiveness when applied in practice.

After the course, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung shared: “I really admire the attitude of the lecturer as well as her knowledge. In the past, I did a lot of emotional management, but after the course with interesting case studies shared by Ms. Thao, I learned a lot and I will apply it to my management process.”

Evaluating the training course on a 10/10 scale, Mr. Le Dinh Ngoc shared: “Through this course, my skills have been greatly expanded and I have learned more about people management skills. This is a very useful program that I can apply to my management.”

With the same opinion, Mr. Pham Dinh Thach said: “The lecturer has a wealth of experience and practical experience, which is in line with what I am looking for in the course. I really appreciate her sharing. Through the lesson, I can imagine the overall picture and understand how to work effectively.”

Maison RMI Develops Leadership Team Through The People Management Training CourseThe outstanding faces passed the final test of the course and excitedly received the Certificate from the Management Training Institute PACE.

Teaching knowledge in parallel with integrating visual activities such as group discussions, presentations, solving case studies, or applying lessons to each specific situation has created an interesting learning experience for the leaders at Maison RMI.

Excited about the course, Mr. Triet Huynh shared: “I am very grateful to the L&D team as well as Maison RMI for creating conditions for employees to participate in high-quality courses. Hopefully, there will be more interesting programs like this in the future.”

Ms. Hien Tran also shared: “Thank you L&D team for thoughtfully preparing everything in the course, from the learning tools used through to food provided for participants. I am very impressed with this course.”
