I want to get a refund on my last purchase - What is the process?
All unused, unrepaired and unwashed items along with the original sale receipt can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (excluding Ceci & Mujosh) according to the exchange policy of each brand. The Returns policy of each of our brands is unique. Our customer service representatives are available to help you during business hours: from 9am – 12pm and from 1pm to 6pm, all days of the week excluding Saturday and Sunday.
On-sale items cannot be exchanged in any cases.
You do not sell the items I am interested in - Can I have items shipped from overseas?
At present, we do not offer shipping services from overseas. All Products sold in our stores come from the brand headquarters and are delivered to Vietnam on a regular basis. Please do not hesitate to regularly visit our stores or register for our newsletter for regular updates on new arrivals.
I have bought a product in Hanoi, Can I return it in Saigon?

I am very interested in an item that my friend bought in your store, but i cannot find it anymore - How can I get more information about it? How can I get it?
Please send us the item name, Brand, product code, and image of the item by email to [email protected]. Our Customer Services department will check and confirm if the product is available. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you when more stocks arrive.
I am very interested in an I saw online (facebook and website), How can I locate a store or see if It is available or not?
Please send us the code and image of the product by emailing us at [email protected]. Our Customer Services department will check the product’s status and notify you of the nearest store around you that has your product in stock.

I cannot buy an item I like as I live far from the store. How can I place an order? What is the payment method?
Please send product codes, images, sizes of the items through email to [email protected] and our Customer Service department/Sales Staff will check the product’s status. If the product is available,
we can deliver the order to your home following bank transfer confirmation.
How can I get gift vouchers
If you want to buy A MAISON Voucher, please enquire at our stores or contact our Customer Service Department for buying in bulk.
I work for a company and I am interested in buying to gifr vouchers - What types of gift vouchers Maison currently offer?
Currently, we have many different Gift vouchers:

How can I get a Maison membership card?
All Customers who purchased products at MAISON with registered names and phone numbers will be recorded as MAISON Member. At any time during the promotion period, if the customer has the total value of purchases at MAISON that corresponds to the conditions, they are entitled to EXCLUSIVE benefits under the Promotion Policy. What are the benefits of being a Maison membership?
Once you sign up for MAISON membership, your points will be accumulated according to the program you are a member of. Your points can be used to receive discounts as you shop at any brands with the Maison Group.

Yes – your benefits apply on all items
What is the difference between a Maison membership card and an individual brand VIP card?
To own a brand’s VIP card, you have to purchase a single bill to meet the requirement of each brand. With an individual brand card you will receive benefits from that brand only. With a Maison membership card, you can accumulate loyalty points from all of Maison’s brands and get discounts from all brands under the Maison group.
