On June 22nd, Maison RMI successfully organized a practical internal workshop “TRAIN THE TRAINER” exclusively for the L&D department.
At Maison RMI, improving knowledge for employees is always a priority and the company constantly holds different courses.
Most recently, the Train The Trainer workshop was led by Ms. Thao – Manager of the L&D Department (an abbreviated term for ‘Learning & Development’, which is part of the Human Resources department and responsible for supporting and training staff to ensure performance and promote the ability of the staff) along with the participation of L&D team personnel, learned together and exchanged much useful knowledge.

The main goal of this workshop is to improve the training capacity of internal L&D personnel, this is also an opportunity for leaders to impart many valuable lessons both in theory and in practice, and the human resources L&D department has the opportunity to consult problems, and cultivate practical knowledge for current work.
All members of the L&D department are attentively listening to the useful knowledge shared by their leaders.
The lesson revolved around interesting content such as: Distinguishing between Coaching and Training or How to arrange/organize a layout for a standard training program. In addition, the members were also carefully guided on how to handle unexpected situations that may occur in the classroom. A lot of other useful information was also shared in this internal class.

Theory and practice always go hand in hand, so the lesson has been designed by the lecturer to integrate a variety of activities such as brainstorming, individual presentation, group presentation, etc. to bring an effective training session.
