HCM – Sale Associate

Job description

  1. Sales and Product Consultation
  • Proactively greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional information to support effective consultation.
  • Complete the sales process, guide customers through payment, and express gratitude post-purchase.
  1. Customer Service
  • Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude throughout the customer’s shopping experience.
  • Assist in answering questions, receiving and forwarding feedback or complaints.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with loyal customers.
  1. Inventory Management
  • Participate in periodic inventory checks and monitor stock within assigned areas.
  • Promptly report shortages, losses, or product damages.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing new stock, ensuring clear inbound–outbound processes.
  1. Store Cleanliness and Equipment Care
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Properly use and maintain sales tools and store equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  1. Handling E-commerce Orders (if applicable)
  • Process e-commerce orders in the system according to provided procedures; ensure timely order updates and operations.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Ecom, CS, IT, etc.) to resolve arising issues, ensuring the best customer experience.
  • (For Supervisor/Manager roles) Manage packaging supplies and oversee merchandise handling standards, tracking orders until completion.

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • No experience required. Candidates with experience in retail/fashion or customer service are preferred.
  • Presentable appearance and fashion sense aligned with the brand.
  • Good communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Customer-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
  • Honest, diligent, and responsible.
