Identify A class sales stock and work with Principal to plan for Repeat and Consolidate stock to the right location.
Mange closely the Markdown cycle of stocks to maximize the Margin value while achieving the lowest profit dilution.
Making necessary stock consolidation between Regions.
Working closely with principal regard Product Feedbacks, New Season buying.
Corporate closely with another team: MP, VM, Operation, MKT, Logistic, IT to improve planning, SOPs and support brand achieve KPIs.
Control Stock Moving in Vietnam:
Monitor Stock-Out to ensure the Replenishment efficiency.
Monitor Store-Store Consolidation of MPE to ensure the results are suitable with overall stock situation.
Training & Supervising Merchandise Planning Specialist/ Executive:
Supervising closely work’s results of MPS/MPE and give direction about the stock movement when need.
Frequently training about Excel skills and Inventory Controlling Knowledge.
