Commercial
– Ensure implementation of the weekly/monthly/yearly commercial plan for stores in the cluster based global brand guidelines.
– Ensures the execution of the Concept in close collaboration with the local retail teams.
– Create a proactive and relevant annual Commercial calendar and planning framework.
– Develop deeper data analytics and reporting to support proactive Trading initiatives in the Retail Team, including deeper understanding in category and price points.
– Working alongside other partner functional leads (managers) to support delivery of business objectives in store Sales, Productivity, Store EBITDA and Inventory.
Ordering
– Mainly responsible for the end-to-end commitment order process
– Prepare commitment orders (together with input from other functions and Regional Managers locally
– Ensuring orders support L4L sales growth and margin targets
– Observe campaigns and validate replenishment orders
– Assess needs for additional push orders
– Look into missing products of an order
– Follow up with stores on order of fixed items Pricing
– Plan and confirm local price adjustments where needed
– Implement standardized product lifecycle routines (e.g. for tails, pricing
Logistics
– Handle product flow between/ to stores to optimize availability and stock holding
– Take care of outbound handling
– To be the main contact point for Brand Logistics and Commercial Trade Operations
– Follow up on picking mistakes with Brand Logistics
– Implement inventory management routines to optimize stock holding and mitigate margin erosion

· Contribute to the revenue-generating/cost-controlling activities of the team.
· Know the team’s revenue/budget performance in an ongoing basis.
· Fully be aware of saving the resources of the company including manpower, tangible and intangible assets and overhead resources of the company.
4. Operational:
· Follow company’s processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).
· Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate those being over-authorized to respective superior.
· Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
– University/ College degree
– Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and Vietnamese
– 3+ years experience in Merchandising (experience in Retail Business is preferable). Showing extensive knowledge of retail management best practices.
– Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to interrogate and analyze information in order to drive financial and business decision, ability to analyze costs / margins and report effectively

The Merchandiser will be responsible for providing a structured, highly commercial and strategic input to the franchise market’s plans and activities and performance reviews. The role plays a critical part in the achievement of the company objectives. He/she will be the main responsible for the commitment order for the franchise partner.
