Job description

1. Corporate Learning & Development Management

  • Implementing training needs analysis, planning, conducting and following up after training in order to strengthen employees’ soft-skills.

2. Onboarding Program

  • Deliver a tailored Employee Onboarding program that embodies Maison’s culture and equip new hire with full overview of company and related functional department.

3. Individual Development Program Management

  • Collaborate with the L&D Supervisor to develop and manage the Individual Development Program, ensuring effective execution and alignment with employee development goals.

4. E-learning

  • Lead the management and development of content for the E-learning platform, ensuring that materials are regularly updated, interactive, and engaging. Continuously optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth operations and an enhanced learning experience.

5. Administration

  • Vendor management
  • Monitor training cost to ensure budget is not exceeded
  • Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization and implementation of training
  • Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events

6. Reporting and Analysis

– Working time: from Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 18h00

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.

2. Work Experience:

  • At least 2 to 4 years in Training & Development or equivalent
  • Preferably experienced employee specialized in retail management or equivalent

3. Functional skills:

  • Current knowledge of effective training & development methods
  • Vietnamese and English proficiency
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications

4. Other skills:

  • Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
  • Hands on and can do attitude
  • Passionate about continuous learning
  • Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Extremely organized with strong time-management skill
