HCM – Merchandise Planning Executive – Fila

Job description

  • Process and analyze sales performance by store level, traffic, and stock on hand data weekly to ensure data accuracy & timely uploading onto Brand Principal system.
  • Propose effective replenishment plan to optimize logistic cost.
  • Monitor shipment dates, goods receiving and launch to store schedule.
  • Well-manage Expired Date, Displayed Date of Products at Shopfloors, Warehouse, and propose with BD/OM the plan to solve effectively.
  • Coordinate stock movements between regions and between stores and warehouses.
  • Run weekly inventory reports to monitor sales performance.
  • Work closely with Brand Principal to execute inventory actions like replenishment, consolidation, price changes.
  • Coordinate defects/repairs and shipment error claims.
  • Coordinate customer service inquiries.
  • Doing Monthly Forecast for next 6 months with Regular Products.
  • Doing Weekly Order with Principal Team for Fresh Products.
  • Based on Weekly Sale Report, define and analyze product positions, correct the QTY order suitably with actual sale.
  • Work with warehouse to print QR code for product with each new shipment.
  • Ensure all products are in the Shopfloor must have pricing labels on products.
  • Competitor research.
  • Other tasks that are required by BM/Merchandise Planning Manager.

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

– Preferably 2 years experience in merchandising/ inventory/ planning or related fields.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Posses data analysis skill

– Proficient in Excel.

– Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail.

– Business savvy with excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge in Fashion category, products would be huge advantages.
