The Singaporean brand’s latest shoes and bags collection evokes such an incredible retro yet attractive spirit.
The Traveller’s Tale is an editorial shot by photographer Ana Larrury. Shot like stills from a movie, the editorial poses as a pre-finale for the season.
There is an air of pensiveness pervading through the narrative of the editorial as the characters are lost in their own thoughts, journeying home after putting on the performance of their lives.
Taking influence from Wes Anderson films, the aesthetic sensibility is reminiscent of the 50s and 60s, with an off kilter colour palette of retro hues that emits a quirky old school splendour. Similarly, products in the collection pull from vintage influences, featuring tassel loafers, double buckle mary janes, ankle booties, fur-lined mules, embroidered loafers and block heel pumps. Bags include a satin box bag, tassel detail shoulder bag and floral embroidery sling bag.
