Referring Notice No. 5905/TB-UBND released on May 31, 2021 by the People’s Committee of Ben Nghe Ward, the People’s Committee requested Vincom Dong Khoi Building, 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to suspend operation due to a suspected Covid-19 case currently working in this building. In the evening of May 31, 2021, disinfectant spray has been applied for the entire building. Therefore, in compliance with the request of the People’s Committee, Maison Retail Management International Joint Stock Company (We) temporarily closes the District 1’s office from May 31, 2021 at L19-07-09, 19th floor Vincom Dong Khoi until June 13, 2021.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, we have established an Epidemic Prevention Team, and immediately planned for the dual goal of both effective business operation and risks control on a company-wide scale, while ensuring the safety of customers and partners. We have carried out many measures such as:
– Fully equip hand sanitizer, provide masks for employees and deploy the entire office disinfection.
– Notify and monitor employees to comply with 5K Safety Guidelines, require employees to make medical declarations, and monitor employees travelling itinerary.
– Encourage customers to coordinate with us through online platforms.
