Why You Should Fiber Up?

Now that you have -hopefully- sobered up, it’s about time to fiber up! The detox plan focuses on beauty from within, because that’s what matters the most..Really!

Other than the fact that fibres come from natural and raw ingredients which our bodies crave for, fibres are the number one toxin-eliminators, literally working as a broom that sweeps off hard to release toxins which tend to stick to the colon and intestines walls. Yikes!

This buildup of toxins can have many negative effects on the body. It can stop nutrients from being absorbed, cause weight gain, and lead to various diseases primarily colon cancer.

How to aim for proper nutrient absorption, is simply stocking up on fibres and expelling all those toxins to where they belong, the toilet bowl, not your intestines. It does this by grabbing a hold of these toxins and pulling them out through elimination. If you’re eating the amount you should every day, you’re preventing the build-up of toxins. Studies also show that people who eat more fiber tend to be leaner and are less likely to gain weight over time.

Whole grains, fruits and vegetables, kidney beans, and bran and many other plants hold within huge amounts of fiber..You will find out sooner or later that all your troubles with constipation, not being able to lose weight, and poor skin condition could have been handled better by detoxing your body.
