TOPSHOP is pleased to announce rising stars Birgit Kos and Luisana Gonzalez as the new faces of the Autumn Winter 2017 campaign, launching globally on Tuesday 22nd August 2017.
In their debut campaign for TOPSHOP, models Birgit and Luisana reveal the Autumn Winter collection in a series of images shot in London by Giampaolo Sgura and styled by TOPSHOP Creative Director, Kate Phelan.
“For Autumn Winter 2017 we were inspired to capture a sense of reality – through place, space, and time. The Topshop girl lives in reality, with her feet firmly on the ground, and wears her clothes in her own individual way,” says Kate Phelan, Creative Director, Topshop.
Birgit Kos, the sought-after 21-year-old Dutch model, was first discovered at a shopping mall in Amsterdam aged 14. Now represented by The Society Management agency, Birgit has since opened the show for Miu Miu, and walked for Celine, Versace, and McQueen.
22-year old Luisana Gonalez, managed by Elite models, entered the modelling spotlight in 2014 after winning a competition in her local town in the Republic of Dominica. She has since walked for Louis Vuitton, Alexander Wang, Coach, and Tommy Hilfiger.
