Supporting wholesales manager to develop and expand distribution networks for Puma, Havaianas Brand and other brands assigned by manager, BOD if any in not only 2 main markets: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but also in other cities: Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Hai Phong, …
Conducting market research, competitor research to propose the most suitable products to each target wholesale customers.
Analyzing the sales performance, VM, marketing activities of wholesales customers and coming up with product proposals, improvement plans to make sure that the quarterly and annual sales target is met within allowable discount range.
Liaising with direct superior and related departments to manage POs, propose the merchandising product lists to wholesales customers in timely and efficiently manner.
Supporting marketing, branding departments for any events that relating to the assigned brands to achieve the sales target.
Travelling domestically and overseas if needed.
Other tasks assigned by direct superior/BOD.
Required experience/ Skill detail
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working in related fields or roles.
High attention to details and strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Vietnamese.
Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of sport products or sport industry are highly preferable.
Customer relationship management skills.
Employee is required to plan, execute and monitor all the wholesales activities of 2 brands: Puma and Havaianas in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
