Overview
The service trainer for Charles & Keith and Pedro will deliver, improve and monitor a variety of globally standardized training courses to develop Maison people and ensure their personal and professional excellence.
MAIN TASKS:
– Delivery of various in-store training to achieve the Company’s Customer Service Standard
– Champion various projects and initiatives to enhance quality of customer experience
– Be responsible for operation training plan, implementation, and effectiveness
– Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills to achieve business goals
– Follow up training effectiveness through in-class evaluations, in-store checklists, in-store evaluations, etc.
– Diploma/Degree in related fields
– Minimum 2 years working experience in conducting trainings, preferably in Retail/Beauty industry
– Good in English (both writing and speaking)
– Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel)
– Pro-active, independent and meticulous
– Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer orientation
– Training/ L&D certifications will be a plus
