HCM – Service Trainer (Multi Brand)

Job description

The Service Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip service representatives with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. This role ensures a consistent and high-quality service experience for all customers.

 

60% of the trainer’s time will be dedicated to:

  • Allocating a minimum of 80 to 100 hours per month for training and coaching
  • Conducting monthly training programs on sales processes and fixed service standards.
  • Delivering brand-specific training programs.
  • Conducting store visit audits and providing direct coaching to store staff.

40% of the trainer’s time will be dedicated to:

  • Reviewing and localizing training programs.
  • Compiling and sending training, store visit, and coaching reports.
  • Developing new training programs.
  • Creating e-learning training modules.

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting training, preferably in the Retail/Beauty industry.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Vibrant and outgoing personality with a great sense of personal style
