HCM – Senior Paid Advertiser

As a Senior Paid Advertiser, you will execute campaign builds and optimizations within the ads platforms, including Facebook ads, Google ads and other platforms

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Mainly focus on optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google,…Including: 
    • Propose & execute monthly media plan (Estimate attribute, A/B testing ,…)
    • Execute performance analysis across advertising platforms and on the overall company level;
    • Create, maintain, and provide regular reporting on marketing key performance indicators (KPI’s); to evaluate the effectiveness of online advertising strategies in reaching strategic goals
  • Spearhead advertising campaigns on new channels (e.g. TikTok,…)
  • Conduct research about new marketing programs, setting up strategies and provide practical advice.

Required experience/ Skill detail

  • 2+ years experience in Paid Digital Marketing Optimization field 
  • Excellent analytical skills on digital marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other tracking platforms
  • Working knowledge of or experience in managing and analyzing digital campaigns within Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Proactive and ability to work independently
