HCM – Merchandise Planning Manager (Skechers & Birken)

Job description

– Able to implement KPI

– Analyst past sales figures/trends in order to forecast sale targets in the future.

– Corporate with Principal in Buying Process, Shipments Arrival, Data Transferring, Pricing and another Merchandise guideline.

– Monitor Gap in Inventory Process, then improve the speed of New Arrival Launching, Replenishment and Pullback.

– Liaise with Logistic team to align Inventory Schedule Weekly/High-traffic Occasions, monitor the efficient of stock delivery

– Liaise with Operation, Visual Merchandise, MKT, Finance team to achieve Brand KPIs of Gross Margin, Profit Dilution, aging Stock,

– Understand the work requirements of Operations team & Merchandise team to coordinating the development of sales, the development of brands.

– Another tasks that required by Group Brand Manager/Operation Manager.

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

– Preferably 02 years’ experience in merchandising/ inventory/ planning or related fields.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Proficient in Excel.

– Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail.

– Business savvy with excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

– Interest in Fashion.
