Develop and document all eCommerce department functions, sub-functions, roles, and job descriptions
Interview and make hiring decisions for the entire eCommerce team
Define and develop core processes of eCommerce operations
Work with the eCommerce Product team, Customer Experience team, Brand Operations teams, Marketing, Finance and Accounting and vendor(s) to lead requirements definition, prioritization, user testing, go-live and subsequent improvements of all eCommerce products (website, mobile app, additional related functions/products)
Will be primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce department of company with a significant online presence, to drive web sales growth, conversion, and improvements in the customer experience.
Work with each brand management team to support brand performance on the ecommerce platform.
Work with Marketing Department to develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for ecommerce.
Liaise with the IT Application to develop and alter the website as needed.

Required experience/ Skill detail
Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce businesses with the majority in leading a department or higher.
Ability to work in a cross functional environment (IT Application team, Merchandising, Marketing).
A strong grasp of modern technology and digital tactics
Strong focus on UX (customer first model of thinking).
Strong leadership and team development skills with an emphasis on driving results through positive motivation and mentorship
