HCM – Ecommerce Operation Manager

– Responsible for the management and operation of e-commerce.

II. JOB RELATION:

1. Direct superior: Head of Ecommerce

III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Summary:

– Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, the eCommerce Operations Manager will support eCommerce operations across our multiple eCommerce accounts.

– This role will liaise and collaborate closely with eCommerce, Planning, Distribution, IT and 3PL partners to ensure all service expectations are met.

2. Planning:

– Collaborate with forecasting and eCommerce team (IT, Accountant, Finance, …) on creating the forecasting plans and help in designing operations infrastructure to support the forecasting and target numbers.

– Work on production plans for MSO business with a focus on packaging, POSM partner with distribution teams to deliver on those plans.

3. Engagement & Execution:

– Manage third party vendor relationship, shipping, coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support the day to day 3PL business operations.

– Review the current inventory and replenishment processes across eCommerce accounts and improve the operational efficiency.

– Monitor 3Pl pickup and delivery time improvement in every activity.

– Following up 3PL’s KPI, making sure they follow routines in a correct way and minimize transport cost.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

– Work with eCommerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs working with distribution team, warehouse team and external vendors.

5. Other:

– Working with 3PL (Haravan, shopify) optimize website and new issue from eCommerce team.

– Support CS team or other team solve problem, bug.

– Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

–        3-5 years experience in an eCommerce setting.

–        A strong understanding of current technologies and standards and how the digital ecosystem is evolving.

–        Well versed in Microsoft office.

–        Experience in managing operations and Retail .com businesses.

–        Planning experience a plus.

–        Excellent communication skills.
