HCM – Communication Marketing Executive

Job description detail

– Be in charge of creating and curating high-quality, engaging content for all internal & external Brand communications. This will include social media channels to increase the Company’s brand awareness.

– Develop and execute a comprehensive social media objective and plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and target audience.

– Manage all aspects of social media content creation, from conceptualization and planning to execution and analysis.

– Provide creative content direction in the fashion industry tailored to trends and festive occasions throughout the year.

– Regularly update trend to optimize content performance and drive results.

– Coordinate with the designer to create comprehensive content in various formats, including text, photos, videos, infographics.

– Track the performance of creative content across all channels, evaluate the impact of content, and the effectiveness of campaigns.

– Other related tasks are assigned by the line manager.

Required experience/ Skill detail

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields

– Minimum of 1 year in a similar position.

– Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the fashion or cosmetics industry, E-commerce and Retail.

– Can work independently and collaboratively in a team.

– Possesses skills in generating ideas, script editing, and creating content. Demonstrates writing skills.

– Good and clear communications skill in verbal and written Vietnamese and English

– Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
