Monitor – Manager ROI/CIR and KPIs of campaign to support all digital marketing channel, including plan, execute, measure, report and estimate. Review & Optimize campaigns effectively to expand GMV within controlled CIR
Strong in Creative mindset to work with Graphic Design Department. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to fulfill creative asset (adcopy & banner) follow on Campaign and Paid Digital Marketing prospectives
Strong in Negotiation Skill to work with supplier on partnership collaboration or GWP producing
Plan campaign strategy and be responsible for daily and monthly expenditure being in line with budget targets
Coordinate with the team for monthly campaign creation, optimization and reporting. Together you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets
Work with Brand and Marketing teams to fully understand the products, identify new opportunities and improvements, and implement changes accordingly
Understand Vietnam online media landscape and stay up-to-date with social trends. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required experience/ Skill detail
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree major in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
3+ years’ experience in Campaign Planning within Digital Marketing focus.
Proven track record in managing paid marketing campaigns successfully
Fabulous analytical skills with great attention to details
Finance literacy is a must
Strong project management and organization skills
