HCM – Campaign Planner Supervisor

Job description detail

  • Monitor – Manager ROI/CIR and KPIs of campaign to support all digital marketing channel, including plan, execute, measure, report and estimate. Review & Optimize campaigns effectively to expand GMV within controlled CIR
  • Strong in Creative mindset to work with Graphic Design Department. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to fulfill creative asset (adcopy & banner) follow on Campaign and Paid Digital Marketing prospectives
  • Strong in Negotiation Skill to work with supplier on partnership collaboration or GWP producing
  • Plan campaign strategy and be responsible for daily and monthly expenditure being in line with budget targets
  • Coordinate with the team for monthly campaign creation, optimization and reporting. Together you will be responsible for delivering customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets
  • Work with Brand and Marketing teams to fully understand the products, identify new opportunities and improvements, and implement changes accordingly
  • Understand Vietnam online media landscape and stay up-to-date with social trends. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Required experience/ Skill detail

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree major in Digital Marketing, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in Campaign Planning within Digital Marketing focus.
  • Proven track record in managing paid marketing campaigns successfully
  • Fabulous analytical skills with great attention to details
  • Finance literacy is a must
  • Strong project management and organization skills
