JOB BRIEF:

The Campaign Planner Executive will be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing e-commerce campaigns across multiple channels. This includes developing tactical approaches, activating campaigns, maintaining ongoing operations, and providing post-buy recaps. The goal is to meet or exceed performance expectations and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the campaign process.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize e-commerce campaigns, ensuring that each campaign achieves or surpasses performance goals.
  • Creative & Campaign Assets Management: Oversee the delivery of creative assets, campaign documentation, and necessary materials in preparation for campaign launches.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication and seamless execution across all channels for assigned campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Analyze campaign performance against e-commerce and marketing goals. Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Budget & Performance Projections: Develop budgets and performance projections for new testing strategies and approaches within e-commerce campaigns.
  • Billing Audits & Paperwork: Conduct monthly billing audits, manage payment systems, and process paperwork related to freelancer payments, advertising costs, and other relevant expenses.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of campaigns, including documentation and process management

Responsibilities

Required Experience Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in media management, with a preference for candidates experienced with e-commerce platforms.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), as well as other relevant industry tools and technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality under pressure.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and propose unconventional solutions.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex campaigns and meeting deadlines.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared objectives.
