However, as sexy and slick as a traditional qipao can be, it is not the only choice for Chinese ladies. In fact, many of them prefer modern fashion trends. But what if red is not your color? Instead of all red outfit, put on some scarlet or purple accessories, which should be perfectly enough.

“The combination of red and gold colors may be incorporated in clothing details or accessories, such as belts, scarves or jewelry,” the designer notes.
